regression??

DD2 is 2 1/2 and me and dh sat down this evening and were both concerned she seems to be regressing in language.
She has started to shutter over words (although these words are not understandable at all) and has started doing alot more echolalia. She also has started saying mummydaddy instead of one or the other and also gets us mixed up. She also now calls every cat misty (one of our cats is misty).
She has been very ukind to her sister, keeps kicking over her toys, hitting her and us and then just laughing, time out doesnt work and she doesnt get being told off

Shes not due to see anyone from CDC till atleast JUne but I dont want her to regress further, how do we stop that?
Help!

everyone was daddy today to Ds2, even his siblings, he is always hitting us, and thinks it funny. Somethings are just her age, honest

Can you ring CDC explain your concerns and ask for urgent appointment?

I would ask SALT (if she's seeing SALT).

As for the bad behaviour, if she's anything like my dd2 she will see punishment/time out as getting attention (my dd2 often laughs when i tell her off), i think its best to try and distract her with something else.

As Pipin Suggested, Cerebra will provide you with vouchers for SALT if she's not being seen.
( i don't think it matters about your income).

special needs health visitor came round this morning (lucky enough) and has said she will go back and put it a refferal for SALT and also chase CDC.
Funny enough she came in and saw DD2, said after 5 mintues "i think shes ok, she said hello when i came in and her eye contact isnt too bad" but then sat and watched for another 30mins while we chatted and then decided we need refferal to SALT, CDC (which is already done) and pre school advisory.
Also going to have Nursery nurse in to do play session and obs.
