tribunal for DLA how long?

we been turned down today for mobilty so i rang them told them we going to tribunal , i was warned we could lose our care too but i know she need it, she turns 3 in june and this is when they refused it for! how long does it take for tribunal ?

mine took 6 weeks, and that was today They called us 2 hours before we were due to arrive and told us not to bother as it was a clear case and they gave us the award. Good luck

what do i have to do sent all evidence in before?

do you have anymore? anything you can get from someone? GP? Pead?
We put in a submission before hand, with some examples of why we meet the critiria and gave that to them along with new evidence. Good luck
