Hi ds got annual review in 3 weeks and need to get parent form in 2 weeks.

Any tips/advice etc..

I mainly written all negetive about the disgrace of OT failing ds sensory needs and his now severe anxieties in school. I have quoted from other reports ie ABA consultant?OT recoreded the 'major' incidents of anxieties as too many to list all!

Should I moan about SALT Too? She only visited ds once last term (should be half termly) dont know if I should p@@ her off too! His social communication skills are the worst you see...very poor and SALT hasnt done a thing and school has constantly ignored ABA advice for school [groan]

It's going to be all negetive about school though..i have said it's not the teacher's fault as class is over 30 for yr1!! Otherwise all positive for ABA

Any advice...should I not moan/groan (or more)???

i really sympathise - all the endless formfilling, complaining and fighting really gets you down

unfortuntately, it really helps if you can be as factual as possible and omit as much of your own personal feelings as you can

write down all the points you wish to raise and then read them through.

havin just done a massive load if this type of thing it is all a bit raw at the moment, hence i am offering heeuge un mn like hugs to anyone who needs them

If it is in the statement for the half termly SALT I would email or ring to make sure it happens. You don't need them to like you but you do need them to fulfil their legal obligation so don't worry about p*ing them off!
