I haven't been around for a while but read on another thread that your DS is doing well on the steroids

I am so pleased for you. Long may it continue x

Ooh how exciting, my first shout out!!

DS is doing well - the steroids pulled him out of NCS after about five days and we had another few days of being seizure free. He is starting to have a few more tcs during the night again but I am worried that that is due to increasing the epilim to a too high dose as that's what happened last time.

Hospital been a bit crap as usual - sent us home with no guidance about reducing the steroids which I am sure they said was after 2 weeks. Our neuro off (again) for week so DH onto the ward today!!

Due to start Keto on May 10th so hoping that will be our magic! Mind you, had some sample meals sent from dietician and I am very worried about how hungry he is going to be as he has such an appetite!

He has is much more alert than he has been for ages although I don't know if I am getting used to him like this or perhaps I am being paranoid, but feel that he is perhaps slipping back again into being a bit zonked out!
