DLA dd turned down for mobilty

she is 3 in june, as loads of medical needs as HRC got letter saying its staying the same, but says nothing about mobilty, i mean nothing like the reason she can not get or any thing, have phoned them they dont know so have asked to be looked at again. it came in 3 parts could it be they missed the mobilty part as they dont seem to know?

they re looking at the facts i told them, am really confused the lady i spoke to said there is no notes to why they not given it, then said shes not 3 till june i said they sent to form to claim before shes 3

i did fill in all 3 forms but was told to put care needs not changed, yes about 25 30 yards yards outside, but as the drop attacks too

I wonder how long before age 3 they will send out forms? I guess this was the first time you filled in the mobility component section?

They may try to argue that drop attacks need supervision (from age 5 for that), so it depends on if they otherwise class your child as being unable/virtually unable to walk.

I would still chase the forms though, as they might be able to consider the mobility application before June even if it can't be paid til then.

just phoned and told she not she 3 till june they wont even consider till them
