I posted a month or so ago that we'd been awarded middle rate for our son (3.4 ASD) & that I thought we were entitled to higher rate. I wrote to them with a copy of the care at night section of the form & a diary of ds' nocturnal activity over the previous week, asking that they reconsider the award.
I'm really pleased to say that we've been awarded higher rate until 2014 & didn't have to go to tribunal
