School PA

I noticed a sign up in the playground this morning stating that are looking for parents to become members of the PA and are having a meeting today at 3pm and inviting parents to come along for a chat and tea with Head Teacher and Mrs X (who is also ds's learning mentor)

Relations between myself and the school are very strained to say the least.

Should i go along and offer my support and try to build some bridges (although i feel i wont be welcome) or do you think this will just aggravate relations?

I'd go!

I phoned dp and told him about it, he couldnt stop laughing, he was imagining me being the only parent to turn up and the awkward silence that would follow!

The Head Teacher and ds's learning mentor have started to 'police' the playground everyday after school and hoovering very near me to catch what i am talking about with other parents since last Thursday!

They obviously have me down as a 'rioter'
