dd form came today for mobility for when she is 3! it came in 3 different parts, so i rang them and said so i can just fill in the mobility one as she still get care till 2012,she told me to put unchanged on care needs any one else done this?

When does she turn 3? My son is 3 in May and we have not had the forms yet.

june i phoned and asked because it would take me a long time ti fill in, she said we will but now its usually 3 months before
