Part 4 of Statement

Just wondered if anyone can advise.

Found out at the end of today that the LSA intend to name the school we want in Part 4. (FANTASTIC!)

However we are very unlikely to get a version of Parts 2 or 3 that we agree to.

Will ds2 be able to attend this school while we sort out the wording and provision in Parts 2 and 3?

Yeah, they'll finalise the Statement so it will go ahead as is. You'll then appeal to Tribunal about 2&3 and hopefully they'll give in before then OR you'll have to take it all the way to Tribunal, But in the meantime, their version of the Statement will be used.

Excellent! Thanks for that. Really excited at the idea of getting something nearing a "normal" life after Easter (desperate for a break), but also slightly wary of celebrating too early.
