dla mobility

hi ds awarded hrc in oct but not mobility, i have last week completed a form for dla to look again at the mobility because i feel he should get it, didnt have to complete the section for care they said if there was no change, just wondered how long it may take as its not a whole new claim, any ideas anyone. thanks

Should be within a month I would say. We didn't get it first time but appealed so took about 4 months total. But it is backdated to when you first requested the form.
