Hi

I have had my claim for dla for my 5yr old ADHD ds refused and it is now going to tribunal. Since the original claim in Oct09 he has been prescribed Ritalin and referred to the ADHD nurse, is this likely to make a difference to the tribunal panel?

You should write again to the Decision Maker providing evidence of this latest development and ask them to reonsider your case.

If it does eventually go to Tribunal you should make the panel aware that you have additional information.
