Am sorry if i rattle a bit but had a bad morning up since 3.40, seen pead as part of dx assessment and then had to do a 20 min walk into town scentre with ds which took 50 mins as he seems to walk quite slow (looks a bit unsteady at times) but the taxi drive up was a it stressful. And on top of that have a night shift at work to do. Did go to bed once I left him at school for a couple of hours but cant carry on like this. Seem to be always moaning just lately.
DLA mobility can I apply for this without filling the whole form in again?
