my LEA put my son is an independent special school as he was excluded and they didnt do anything for 4 months.
He has a statement and we were waiting to here if a mainstream school would accept him. They did not.But now hes settled at this independent school. Now the LEA has decided that he has to go to a LEA special school even though i have not agreed to this. I have sent my LEEA 3 letters but they will not listern and have now consulted with a sepcial school
