Hi

How distressing! Eating problems are very common with ASD children but cause immense distress.

Have you seen your health visitor or GP? Is there anything at all he will eat? Biscuit, ice-cream, anything? If so, go with that for now and don't make it into a battle. Just go with it while you seek advice.

Children rarely starve themselves but this sort of refusal to eat causes alot of anxiety and I think you need proper medical advice on this as soon as possible.

Give your HV a calll. It may be you can be seen by the ASD team soooner rather than later
