due to a medical conditin my 5year old has no bowel control so has to wear nappies she has to have a lot of time off school due to this problem so is not learning as good as other kids ive just taken her ut of school due to bullying because of the nappies school are saying theres no bullying happening it has been suggested she go to a special needs school to help with her learning ad the fact of her bowel control but her mainstream school said its not necessary she will not be going back to that school but what should i do

It might be worth getting in touch with parentpartnership -there is a list of areas covered.
Hopefully they will be able to offer you some advice and support.

Good luck.

i havent much advise im not 100% in this area of the right routes my ds HFA is at ms school with statement

possibly could you go see paediatrician and get recommendation of sn school due to these problems not sure what else to do as statement is still in process just do all you can to push for sn school as ms have failed to care adequately so far

if ms have said this then get it in writing to back you up

good luck

dd2 is also in nappies (7 years old) and part-time at ms, part-time at sn.

The nappies made no diffrence to the choice of ms or sn school.

The decision was based be on dd2's educational needs - where would she get on the best. You also have the option of ms with extra support (ie 1:1 worker).

If there are problems with the other children and the nappoes then school should sort that out pronto.

Best of luck
