Good news todayDs 14 attends an autism base attached to a mainstream school.
Today he got his Maths GCSE module result. 97% an A* grade pretty impressive considering his level of understanding should mean he can't understand the questions never mind do the maths.
He is aware today I think just how well he has done.

Pipin he was predicted a B because if he feels under pressure he can't perform so a grade B wouldn't make him feel under pressure.

Won't be going over to G&T though, find them a bit pretentious not sure they'd wnt me and my less than perfect child

Really well done! Your DS has certainly shown what children on the spectrum can achieve and why it is wrong to write them off!! Most NT kids at 16 can't achieve that - you must be so proud
