Caudwell & ABA

Has anyone applied to Caudwell for ABA funding (not Sonrise)? We're in the process and I just wondered if anyone had any experience/tips to share. Thanks.

Can't help with ABA funding but have contacted Caudwell about a wheelchair. Initial email was not answered, so phoned and spoke to a very nice lady who said she'd send an application form (my printer's always buggered). However, no form has arrived. Maybe it's the snow, but it's a bit frustrating
