Jerking seizure....

Jack had a different type of seizure, a few hours ago..but his nitrazepam was reduced on Wednesday as he is being weaned off it to get started on clobezam on the 20th of this month..

And wee update he has had another 2 violent spasms, called the ward, waiting on them speaking to registrar and phoning me back

Fukn hate ths bastard epilepsy and it's never gonna get any better xx

Just wanted to say that my son has epilepsy too. I hate it too. Don't say he's never going to get better. You don't know that. It's just the stress talking. Sending you and Jack some good luck vibes.

poor you and him. hope you get a good night's sleep tonight. If my DS has a fit I have him sleep with me for a couple of days....just in case x

Thanku...Well the Dr has told me that Jack's seizures won't ever go away, he has a rare genetic disorder and brain damage, can't walk, talk and might never...can hope tho can't we??

Yeh Jack has been in bed with me for a few weeks now, as he has been having more seizures and more nocturnal one's xx

The dr called me bk, said to leave Jack's nitrazepam at the same dose and if he has more seizures one after the other and they last longer then to get in touch, or ambulance, depending hw bad they would be, dr said it's a good sign that Jack came out seizure on hs own and tht I dodn't ave to use midazolam etc, so praying he will be ok xx
