transfering a statement in same county but differnt section

i have had to do a very quick move , am still in same county that i was but instead of coming under the local sencan am in new area

now we was due annual review end of this month and ben advised probasbly best go back to where i lived for this meeting plan was to ask for change of placement to a s&l unit, have found one here that is very good better than anything else near old address anyone else moved within county ?

I moved from trafford to stockport and my ds's statement was kept the same by stockport and they also used traffords assessments and reports to do my other ds a statement.. they also placed both my boys into a unit for me whereas in trafford onnly one of them was in a unit... whole rewriting of statements and placements took about 3 weeks hth xx

hi Phoenix, this is what we are going to do once dd1's statement is finalised.

As I said on your other thread, we cannot move back to Kent for fear of a statement withdrawal, and so we will be moving to the very edge of Surrey, and we have been advised that the LEA will keep the statement that dd1 has then (obv subject to reviews as necessary)

thank you , i moved due to violence from a ex partener rather unplanned to do this quick but silver lining is haver found a fantastic school school for ds where they got several other children that sign
