dd has a VOCA on trial
when she puts serious in it pronounces it wrong, had the same problem with coke(had to put Koke)
any ideas how I can speel serious to make it sound right?

which bit does it get wrong?

try:

serius
cerious/cerius
sereeous/sereeus

these things always have problems
I have to spell dd's frineds name wrong and use a k instead of a c to make it sound write. it just sounds lie "are you cerious" (soft c) as aposed to serious iynwim

I know, I did some work on how to programme these type of things so that they sounded at least partly how they were supposed to during my degree.

have you tried searious/cearious?
