Family fund?

Just got my forms through for family fund.

So many things we need but i don't know which ones to choose.

Has anyone managed to get all 3 things on their list?

What items am i more likely to get?

We really need a sofa bed, as i sleep down stairs with dd2 and our sofa has had it but would also like a holiday, a washing machine and a Nintedo Wii (which i know we probably wont get).

put your most wanted thing first, you will most likely get that and maybe the second thing.
you should get the sofa bed and they like giving holidays, you might manage the washing machine too as they have a special deal with currys i think it is.
most people i know have had between £500 to £1000 worth

We also got a wii plus an allowance for games and wii fit. As well as an allowance towards a holiday and tumble dryer.

I have just submitted an application to Family Fund requesting a holiday but didnt specify where, only that it should be suitable for DS who is being assessed for ASD. How does it work. Do they give you vouchers or do they have an affiliation with certain holiday homes/parks etc?

They give you vouchers for heaven or Thomas cook (you can choose).

I think i will put down for the holiday as my first, then the sofa and then the Wii. Hopefully my dad will give us his old washing machine.

yes thank you vjg- my feet are now warm and i can go out in the snow, i could of kissed the delivery man .

3 choices, they will pay for a Haven park holiday or give Thomas Cook vouchers or cash towards something you've booked yourself but that is usually a smaller value and they like to see the booking invoice beforehand
