Just to warn you that ds was infected with Impetigo while at Bibic and it is highly infectious.
Please accept my sincere apologies, I had no idea, the day before going to Bibic (Tues) i had taken him to my GP who had assured me it was nothing more than a skin irritation caused by his 'tic' of constantly rubbing his chin and mouth and gave me cream to put on it.
While at bibic it got worse and spread and on Thursday, i took him to the A&E at the hospital in Bridgwater, the Dr there told me the same thing and that i hadnt been using the cream long enough for it to take affect.
When i got home on Sat,it was even worse and had spread even more, i took him straight to my local hospital and they admitted him to hospital immediately to begin IV antibiotics to prevent Septacemia. The infection in his finger was so bad, he had to have an x-ray to check if it had gone to the bone.
He has just been discharged from the hospital and this is the first chance i have had to contact you. I hope that you are all ok. Again please accept my apologies.
