major buggy accessories?

After a fair wait dd3 is finally getting her major buggy delivered friday, woohoo Does anyone know if you have to get the maclaren accessories or does anything else fit? Tia

Ebay have a great raincover for it that means you dont have to buy the sun canopy as well. Just search maclaren major.

does anyone koom if anyone wants to sell or is getting rid of accessories for the major elite buggy .it would be a raincover the sunshade a footmuff or anything else please let me know thanks.

We got our major elite on Wednesday,googled the accessories & they are soooo expensive.Have to start saving up methinks!!

lol, yes, second mortgage time! We only got dd3s buggy about a month ago in the end, typical. I got this raincover in the end as it has the square fitting for the frame. Still not overly cheap but better than the maclaren one and has the length to cover her feet. Someone on ebay makes covers and blankets but haven't got round to that yet.

The proper accessories are expensive but I will say I'm glad I bought the shopping basket to go underneath, ours is about 5 years old and still going strong. What you can actually fit under there depends on what level you have the step as there isn't a big gap, but it has come in very handy all the same.

we applied to a local charity for help with buying them, but took ages (4months), ended up buying ourselves, try asking a local charity for help.

Apart from the basket, I bought the rest off ebay. The things that the lady on ebay makes are fab and made to order.
