Madeleine Portwood has written a few good ones - Developmental Dyspraxia is one.

There is a good one in Lloyds pharmacy which also covers ADHD I think but seems quite helpful and straightforward. I've also been able to read some of these books on Amazon online without having to buy them (cheeky but they are expensive!).
