Sometimes it smacks me in the face though,like dd cousins chatting and bombing around and they are so much younger.

Makes me happy for thembut sad that dd will always be stuck there,at the level they are at.

for you, don't apologise for feeling sad and angry. I am on the other side, dss' cousins both have SN and I sometimes find it sad and painful to see the developmental differences so I can't imagine how hard it must be for BIL and SIL. Just wanted to say you are not alone.
