Nuffield speech sounds system

My Ds2 (nearly 4) has speech and language problems including problems with speech sounds making him difficult to understand. He doesn't have an official diagnosis but the speech sounds part is likely to be oral (not verbal) dyspraxia as he has other motor problems. We are finally going to get some SALT and I have been sent a sheet of suggestions in advance, one of which is to start working through the Nuffield speech sounds programme. Does anyone know where I would get this from and has anyone any experience of using it? Would I be better to wait until the SALT is in place?

I've never managed to get it except through a SALT. It's a bit dull to be honest!
