I have just received a phonecall from the consultant treating DS (born at 29+5, dx mild CP). His MRI scan has come back clear! There are no signs of any concern, and the cyst that was present on the cranial ultrasound when he was a week old appears to have 'resolved itself'.
To say Im happy is an understatement, although I think I am slightly shocked, as I was expecting there to be something which gace us a reason for his delay in walking and speech.
Ive been needing some good news for a while now
