so please, if some one asks you on your thread what something means, can you reply.
I try to(I used the term MDR the other day and had to explain it, it isn't hard.

sorry, 2shoes, I saw the thread (and was on it) but don't know what the term means - we don't have those meetings.

I think it's just a term used for a multi-discilinary meeting held to assess children, but don't know exactly what it stands for.

dd1 has had team around the child meetings, and straightforward paed assessment etc, but no multi-disciplinaries as yet.

I htink it is to do with the dx process, so original assessment, iyswim? rather than a review.

but then they might have them at review as well.
