My ds is 5.5 (sensory issues)and i would like to try some after school activities with him.

So far we have tried martial arts (no good, too much shouting, he covers his ears)

Dance/gym class, totally overwhelmed and just stood there.

What activities do you do?

What has worked for you and what hasnt?

have you asked your council for a list of available clubs etc? Both my SN boys go to a rugby club which is SN only and all kids seem tot hrive there.
