DS2 had a relatively good day at his first day at MS school. His 1:1 wasn't there when we got there, so had to wait about 5 minutes before I could leave him, but he was otherwise fine, no complaints.

AND!!!!

We had an SS assessment two weeks ago, and have had phone call today to say that DS2 (or more so me) is getting 6 hours a week respite during the holidays! With immediate effect (so October holidays) as well. What a relief, as I was very near a nervous breakdown after the end of the summer holidays. Not sure what else has been agreed, we have a meeting on Friday to discuss it further.
