Family Fund

Hello all!

I have just spentthe last half hour trying to ge through to Family Fund, and the havnt replied to the emails I have sent them either.

DH is self-employed and the application form askes to contact them to see what needs to be provided to show this. I am a SAHM, so do I just send in the DLA award letter?

I really hope someone can help as trying to entertain 2 kids and hold the phone under your chin for half an hour is hard work! (not to mention the phone bill!)

ive never managed to get them on the phone!

if you send in the application form with whatever info you have they will either send you a letter telling you what they need or they will phone you, you usually have to wait anything from 6 weeks to a few months tho as they are a bit swamped

they never replied to my email either except with an automated response!
