Social stories about starting school

DS2 has delay in both expressive and receptive language. He has come a very long way since he started having SALT at 2.

However, he will be starting school in Septemebr and although he understands this, I would like to have some stories that will tell him what will happen in a typical school day.

He has the book 'Harry and his bucket full of dinosaurs go to school' but being as there will be no talking dinosaurs in a bucket to help him, was hoping someone on here could recommend a good social story.

Amazon have books about social stories. Could you ask your SALT/LEA for help also? I asked ed psych for help with this and she sent me some stuff.

Starting School by Janet Ahlberg is good.

Funnily enough, castles, I have just bought that book on Amazon marketplace. Glad it has had a good recommendation from here
