statement question

ds statement is going through they doing it now as techinally ds could start ms this September but as I am hoping for sn he wont start there till least Easter 2010 but am ondering if everything in the statement will aply for preschool or will it only come into force when he starts at the named school

i would have thought it would be when he starts school if named school is in part 4 dont think you need statement for pre school as it comes under early years team

im no pro though you know that lol

just thought could be crafty as his statement states that people must be makton trained instead of mismash he gets now
