6 weeks again I was recommend by a pharmacist to come and check this out. I was in a situation where I couldn't cope and couldn't get anyone to give me the practical advice and reassuration that I needed. I was suffering personally and as a result the relationship with ds was really really suffer.
Now, i wouldn't say that it is perfect and I am expected a big step backwards this weekend due to changes in routines (visitors) but I now feel in control of the situation and that I am able to do this and that I am allowed to focus on my needs as well as those of ds'. Today is the first day of the future and thanks to all who have helped me get to this point!
