Proud Mummy moment:

As some of you might remember me saying, DS1 has cerebral palsy and autistic aspects, and only started walking 2 months ago at 3 years old. We walked all the way to nursery today! (about 1/4 of a mile). He was really good and held my hand the whole way, fell over a few times but got right back up and carried on and was looking at what was going on around him and smiling at me. So proud of him!

Aw, it's nice to talk to people who understand what a momentous thing this is

I was also cheered up by his recent MAP report which said he has 'a normal range of movement' in both his arms and legs. Of course, now they're worrying that he doesn't like drawing and prefers to play alone....
