Has anyone got any clever ways of getting through to them on the phone?
I've been trying to call for days now, I get to the front of the queue and then the phone cuts off, trying to call the non 0845 no. keeps me in a cycle of redials forever because its permenantly engaged.
I needd to check on our app, was sent in months ago and havent heard anything, have had one go missing before and am worried same has happened.
