Need help finding a thread...

From a few weeks ago. Can't remember the title or original subject so can't search, but it went into a lot of detail about two-step instructions. I think Lingle was on it, and TotalChaos and Tclanger??? I meant to watch it, but forgot and it had tons of good ideas in it - so pleeeease can someone find it for me? Need to work on these with DS2.

Blimey - that was so quick! Thanks to the two TCs .

tclanger - I might try the bead idea with DS1 who struggles to remember long instructions. Too complex atm for DS2.

Davina and I have still to renew our acquaintance...
I am doing Pilates though, which is fab.
