Large pushchair?

Hiya, ds can't walk for long distances so we were thinking that a large pushchair would be of help: does anyone know if there's such a thing as a large pushchair for a 6yr old?
We had a Maclaren which he's now too big for but I'd like to have something. Would be grateful for any ideas. Thanks

maclaren major goes up to about 12 years depending on weight/height thats about cheapest though there are more expensive ones too!

did you have the maclaren major? The otto bock eco buggy is similar. Afetr that they tend to be buggy/wheelchair hybrids really.

You can get a Maclaren Major for free if you ask your HV to refer you to wheelchair services.

Hi, thanks for the replies. We've just had an everyday Maclaren Techno XT up til now, I hadn't even heard of the ones mentioned but I'll look them up-thanks.

Ask your GP to refer you to the occupational therapist or if you little one has a physio they can refer you.
