1st meat in 3 years

Title says it all. My autistic son has just eaten his first meat (chicken) in 3 years. No idea why- he just did- even pinched more from his brother. He ate chips for the first time in 2 years last week.

At this rate he'll eat some fruit and veg by next month (maybe not!)

Excellent news, well done. We had our food epiphany last summer, after four and a half years of no meat or veg (since J had his MMR, strangely enough). He's eating like a horse now and it's a joy to watch, apart from the fact that it still takes over an hour ...
