SN children

Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Anyone else had to do a P test for their child with asd/AS?

The asd team have asked the school and me to fill a form out. It looks very complicated but apparently it gives an accurate level/age for dd's social/emotional functioning. I am just wondering what they do with it?

Do you mean the P levels?
If you do I think they put the scores towards deciding on what if any funding your child will need.
So if your child is performing under p8 on interaction and communication for example then that score may provide them with pointers on whether they need to ask for a stat assessment for sen or not or how severe, moderate or mild your child needs are.
I think-at a guess? Unless anyone else knows different?
