my lovely son aged 10 has Aspergers, dyslexia and ADD and recently has been started on concerta XL. Its realy early days yet, but I really think he's better? Can that be possible? I am afraid to be hopeful, but he seems calmer & his concentration appears much improved.

I know it wont help with the aspergers or his dyslexia but has anyone else notice a huge improvement with concerta?

I cant explain what it would mean to us to have some improvement......

My ds1 has adhd and has been on concerta xl for a while now and he is much better with than without. He was on Equasym xl for 2 years and it was great but he grew, as they tend to do and needed a higher dose and concerta was the best idea.
It really does work, with most kids with ad/hd. I find he can sit still, concentrate and is much less impulsive.
I am glad it working for you.
