I got a swing in John Lewis that you can fit a baby seat to- It is meant to be for DS2 (2) but DS1 (5) is in it all the time.

Not sure if appropriate, but we had one of these and our ds, aged 6 still uses it. It's a US website, but there must be somewhere here to purchase:

www.specialneedstoys.com/
thats where we got seat for ds they do them right up to adult though warning you not cheap think about 65 when we got ours

we have the one from specialneedstoys for my 3 year old dd who has cerebral palsy - it was not cheap (£95) but we got all of the aunties and uncles to chip in for dd's birthday. It is worth every penny, it's sturdy and solid and will fit her years. She's so comfortable that on the first day she actually had half an hour nap in it!

We also have this and it is great for my DD who is 8

We have the same swing as Mitchell and it wasd the best thing we have ever bought for my ds. Put it up at the weekend and I have never seen him smile so much......well worth the money

We have the TFH (specialneedstoys)one. It's still going strong after 9 years.
Get a seat that takes adults as well - swinging is very therapeutic for stressed carers as well - especially in the dark when all dc are in bed.
