buggy board help

Hi all I have a 4 year old daughter with down syndrome who is just strting to walk . I'm pregnant with my 2nd child which is due in 6 weeks and I need to find a buggy board but all the ones I have seen are standing ones or the ones with seats dont have any straps and she will fall off .
Can anybody help ?

How about one of these? You'd have to use a car seat for the baby in front (the pram takes any car seat with a special adaptor), but the back but has a step and a little cushioned seat with straps for your daughter.
