Can anyone tell me whether there is a website where I can buy Tena nappies (small ones!) for LESS than 13.99?!! I can't believe how much they are. I hate to say it, but it makes me rather glad that we get 4 'free' ones a day (obviously still not enough, though!). Thanks!

how many do you get for that much?

mum2seb · 13/03/2009 18:33

It's a pack of 26 or 28 (can't remember, sorry! I haven't the pack with me at the moment!!).

that is dear.
sorry I tried my local place but they only do adults.

When I looked on Tena's website, they were selling them for the same amount! As the pharmacist in the Chemist said "Well, that's what you get your DLA for!". I seriously could've throttled him. It may be true, but I REALLY didn't need to hear it at that moment in time!!

My ds wears these: www.synergyonlinestore.com/disposable_underwear/BN055.html (though not from this supplier) and they are very good, don't leak and stay put once on!

busy - not sure if you're referring to Tena nappies or the contifit but if it's the latter, I'm not close to Kent and the P&P would be high for such bulky, heavy packs to be posted but thanks anyway! I guess your local hospice or hospital would take them off your hands!

Just a thought about the nappies from BBM. If you boxed them and booked a courier, they work out loads cheaper than posting. I use these to send all my Ebay stuff and they are very reasonable. Pick up and dropped off.

Sorry if not helpful. I'm having a mare of a time getting nappies to fit ds2 but wont get free nappies til August!

5inthe bed - what size does your DS2 need? Just a thought - Tesco own brand nappies (Baby Essentials - green pack) do a Size 6 which is quite a bit larger than size 6 in other makes. Very absorbent & cheaper than Pampers or Huggies too.

He uses the size 6 pamper ones, and I do sometimes buy the tescos ones. He is a very tall 3 year old, already in 4-5 clothes.
