can anyone tell me when a child is just being a child or when there is something to worry about..?
when does it get to the point when you say o.k....
a friend has a child (2 years).. and doesn't say anything but a few words...mimics t.v...starts laughing for anything..turns and turns in circles.. not very obedient, screaming and screaming...i have only been around him personally a few times....so i only no what mom says and i don't want to offend her...but the more she says the more i worry...actually he is 2.5 years old....she says he's being a boy....but uuummm...
