Dd2 (almost non-verbal) has in the past said the odd word but then never repeats again.

A few days ago we were having rough play (tickles, hugs and kisses)

Me: 'Dd2 want cuddle?', gave dd2 a cuddle.

Me; 'DD2 Cuddle?'

DD2:'cuddle cuddle kiss'

This is the first time i have got a verbal response from her (whilst playing a game) and the first time she has used a word at the correct time.

So proud

So now dd2 can say:

Drink
Mum
Dad (not clearly)
Cuddle and
Kiss

2 months ago she had no words at all.

Thank you for all your lovely comments, i feel like she is finally getting somewhere, in the past week she has used her potty, responded to requests ('get mummy nappy?') an has said a few words , oh and we had a lovely morning looking around a MS nursery which she will be starting in April. Fingers crossed being in main stream nursery will help with her speech.
