Ds goes to an autism nursery attached to a mainstream school. Today the school is dressing up for world book day. I wont be dressing DS as he doesn't like dressing up and would be completely oblivious to the whole thing anyway. He usually wears uniform to nursery but should I send him in his own clothes this afternoon?

oh don't you just love this stuff!!
dd was supposed to take her fave book in...like that was going to happen
she is saying her communication book is her fave(and that goes everywhere with her)
then next wednesday she has to wear a bright top for comic relief, if I tell her she will wear white!!

Dress him up as a boy in uniform ? Billy Bunter ? But as 2shoes says, I don't think SN children should be shoehorned into these things if they do fit the child's interests.

I just sent him in his own clothes and a Thomas the tank top.
