SN provision in North Somerset?

I was wondering if anyone out there lived in or near enough to North Somerset to know what SN provision is like? We are considering moving South (currently in the North West), and I'm just testing the water! My ds has Spina Bifida, and needs AFOs (splints) and nappies (doubly incontinent - no amount of potty training is going to do it! We're currently using the max of 4 nappies a day here, and could well do with more!). So I was wondering what it's like down south! Thanks for any help!
