can a physio diagnose cerebral palsy?

would they have a pretty good idea if it was CP or not?

i have just met up with the physio and she asked me what i thought was causing my daughters physical problems, and had anyone ever mentioned that she presents as having mild CP

when my daughter was only months old, even though the consultant thought that she might have CP,it was our physio who told us that she didnt! As she was working with her on a weekly basis, she was able to see the patterns of movement - or not, as was the case. So its the doctor who gives the diagnosis, but the physio often has the first hand knowledge.
