have a meeting at dd4's nursery nxt month.was rearranged due to illness, now is to include dd4's twin brother,(why? i dont know, he's NT, but bloody nursery teacher has lumped the twins together as if they were the same person- that's whole other rant).the meeting is to include the headteacher of primary school nursery is in, the deputy headteacher, the nursery teacher, both dd4's peadis, our HV ,SALT and the pre school education liasion.....fair enough , but dd4's 1-to-1 teacher isnt listed to be there, and why are they including her twin? ive also to "submit a report prior to the meeting" ???? what on earth is that all about? what do they want a report on? AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH, think i'll just crawl under a rock and hide!

Tclanger in am so fed up with all this, i just want to tell the lot of them to fcek off and leave us all alone!, how can it be good for dd4 to have her primary care giver (me) stressed out to the max with b*ardin paperwork? and why cant the "treasures who arranged the meeting" have the wits to include what the "report" should be about?. do we have to do their jobs as well as everything else? , have just recovered from the dla form- now more writing! arrrgh!!!

aargh that bloody nursery teacher! sometimes i could swing for her( not really, just like the thought sometimes ).yesterday i decided to ask the nursery teacher about te report- only for her to say" oh you dont have to do report, we do report(why was it on letter then?) all you have to do is make sure you can turn up!-feeling quite irritated by then as her tone was very sarcastic( she was clearly refering to the absence from nursery over xmas).so i asked her why DS4 is to be included in the report , when its supposed to be about dd4 extra needs.DS4 is NT , the bloody woman said" but how do you know DS is NT has he been assessed?who told you he's normal? i swear if DH wasnt with me and if we were not in a room full of children i'd have punched her. bottom line is she cant be arsesd with my twins, and has lumped them together as one person. DD4 has extra needs, DS4 is quite bright, he does easy adding sums in house with me, he plays nintendo games, he can work the laptop and get into the cbbes site on his own.she just cant be arsed with kids and doesnt bother getting to know the children.id go so far as to say i dont think she even likes children!and this is the person who i leave my dc with, i think im bonkers!

I don't think I've ever had to submit a report. Is it one of those letters where they send an identical copy to everyone and so is basically asking for everyone else to send something in?

It's worth writing a few notes for your own benefit and just taking them along with you to refer to. My mind always goes blank in meetings.

IME they invite lots of people to attend but only a few of them turn up. Asking for reports in advance just means that they can make a contribution to the meeting without having to actually attend.

turn out copper thats exactly what it is! will definatly take notes as im on the warpath now and want to make sure i stick to the script and not deviate off on a tangent.that nursery teacher will be in tears when im finnished with her. great thing is the peadis will be there so im going to ask them if they think its appropriate that dd and ds get lumped together as if they are the same person even though they have quite differet needs!then im gona ask the teacher where she got her peadiatric degree that enables her to diagnose children.am going to request dd4's own teacher be there as he has the most contact with her and knows her better than everyone else( except the family)
